Mouth to lung vaping (MTL) refers to inhaling vapor into your mouth and letting it linger there for a while before inhaling it into your lungs. To vape mouth to lung, take a draw on your vape device, hold it in your mouth then inhale it into your lungs before exhaling it.

MTL devices are better used with PG-based E-Liquids,  as they provide a throat hit and usually work better with a high nic strength. Most refillable pods can last up to  5-7 days, although that approximation depends on how often you vape, and your vaping habits. An important aspect is knowing the signs of needing to refill your pod, in order to avoid firing the device while there's no liquid, and consecutively burning the cotton of the coil. Two warning signs that you need to change your pod is a reduction in flavor production, and a lower amount of vapor emitted from your pod.
